Adding options for label printing?

I have a large number of users who are looking to have more control when
printing labels, such as being able to print from a certain label (eg, row 3,
col 2). I have not found a way to do this, or an add-in to provide this type
of functionality. I'm thinking there should be way either to create a
multi-page sheet (not through printing, since that will not allow you to
specify the individual page size) or to specify which label position to print
from.

Put the info in the desired "label" after you click "New document".

The labels already exist as a document; even using mail merge to manage large
lists does not provide a way to print from a specific point in the labels.
For example, if I have 50 pages of labels (say 2 x 7) and want to print from
page 4, 3rd row, 1st column, I have no way of doing this. The *only* option
I've seen so far which is simply too many steps and too prone to error is to
highlight the cells prior to where you want to print and format the font as
hidden.

I am looking for a way to either create a multi-page document where a 8.5 x
11 page can be divided into smaller virtual pages (NOT booklet printing -
this doesn't offer the ability to specify page size) or to provide an easy
way to specify which tabel cell in a document to begin printing from.
