Adding Personal Contacts to Scroll Down menu?

I'm trying to add my Personal Contact list to the Scroll Down menu when I go
to my contact list...I'm offered our company's Global Address book and some
other ones. Sometimes it shows up...sometimes it doesn't...how can I fix
this so it shows up all fo the time?

Specify your Outlook version.
Clarify what you mean by "go to my contact list..." That could mean
anything.
