adding recordsource on open of form

I have a form in which I am trying to add the
recordsource during the open event. The form loads much
quicker, except that Access XP comes up with two dialogue
boxes that asks for parameters to be put in. It looks
like the recordsource is a parameter query, which it is
not (select query). If I just click OK and ignore the
boxes, the form works fine, but I do not want to
distribute it this way.

I have tried to figure out where these messages are
coming from. They show up before the open event
triggers. Any thoughts where this might be happening, or
is there some way to avoid these boxes?
