How do I add the "Reply to:" field to my outgoing emails?
Where is this option located?

Hello latelearner,

There is no way to add additional headers to an outgoing message in the Entourage 2008/2004 interface. The "Reply to:" address will be set to your "From:" address as configured in your email account.

Perhaps someone who knows Entourage's AppleScript support can confirm if it is possible to assign additional headers programmatically.

Hope this helps,

David

If a recipient replies to one of your e-mails, the reply will automatically
be sent to the e-mail address from which you sent the message.

If you want replies to go to a different address, you can find essentially
the following guidance under Entourage Help (search for "reply-to header"):
To send messages from this account but receive replies to those messages at
a different account, select the Options tab in Account Setup. Type
"reply-to" in the Header column of the Additional Headers section. In the
Value column, type the e-mail address which is to receive the messages.

You can go to Tools>Accounts, double-click your account, switch to the
Options tab and create an additional header. Make sure the header says
"Reply-to", and the corresponding value is the e-mail address to which you
would like the reply to be sent. Note that some e-mail applications, such as
Entourage, do not respect the "reply to" address and automatically switch to
the address that was used to send the message.

Thanks Michel for realizing what he was asking. I was focusing on the
message body.
