Adding resources by using address book.

When i adding the resources from the Insert tool menu--New resource--Address
book in the resource sheet, but the address book is not connected in the
outlook address book. What can i do to connect the address book? I am using
ms project 2003 and Outlook 2000. Can any one help me..

hi Karthick,

In MS Outlook
On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
Under Directory, click Add a new directory or address book, and then click
Next.

Click Additional address books.
Click the address book you want to add, and then click Next.
Note You must exit and restart Outlook to use the added address book.
