Adding (restoring) Journals to "My Journals" window in Outlook 200

Somehow the Journals icon disappeared from the My Journals window area in the
upper left corner of my Outlook. The only way I can access my journal is
when connected to the server and I click on "Open a Shared Journal" and I
type in my user name. You can right click on tasks, calendars, contacts, etc
for "additional" items from PST files and remove them. But I've yet to find
a way to add them back. Again, my issue is in Journals and I need to add my
main Journal back from my OST file. Thanks for any help you can provide.
My IT department (large Fortune 500) cannot find this answer.
