Adding Services to the Office 2003 Research Pane

I would like to add a service to the Research Pane in Office 2003 Pro. In
particular, I would like to add LexisNexis. I checked the services on the
Office Marketplace, went to LexisNexis, and downloaded and installed the
add-in. But when I attempt to add the service to the Research Pane, I get a
message saying that no services were added because the service provider has
not provided valid information.

I noticed that in the Add Services box, it indicates that no advertised
services are currently available. Have I done something wrong, or is the
LexisNexis service simply not available yet?

I did a reboot, and now I see the LexisNexis service in the Research Pane.
Apparently, closing and restarting Word is not enough.

I would also like to add a few other sites that are not listed services on
the Office Marketplace, like Google and Wikipedia. Any way to add these to
the Research Pane services?
