adding signatures or text to messages forwarded by rules

Is there a way I can set up a rule to forward messages, which also allows me to add text to the messages or a signature (other than the default ?).

I want to forward messages received from external source, but 'badged' with details of my service.

Are you running Exchange? Then you could configure a standard discalimer to
all outgoing mail so their wouldn't be any need for all the users to
configure the standard company disclaimer themselves
