Adding six hours to a time

I have 9am ET formatted time in cell c2. In cell D2 I want to add six
hours to it to represent Central European time. How do I do this?
Should be easy but I cannot get it to work. Thanks.

=time(hour(c2)+6,minute(c2),second(c2))
