Adding small units of time and entering them quickly

I would like to add multiple small units of time. For eg 5sec + 10se
+10sec etc and have them in the following format h:mm:ss. I would als
like to be able to enter the times in quickly. I have searched th
entering time tips but once I have used the formula suggested it wil
not allow me to add them together. Any help would be much appreciate

enter in your units of seconds as a general number and next to it have the
formula
=0&":"&00&":"&F6 adjust f6 for your actual input cell address and then sum
as required with the time format you require,but NOT the actual seconds input
cells
