Adding sound to email

How do I add an .mid (midi) file to an email so that sound
is added and plays when the email is opened? I want the
file to play without clicking to open it in media player.
Is this possible?

Yes. Assuming that you are running Outlook 2000/2002 and have Word
2000/2002 respectively, you need to do the following.

1) Set your message format to html and enable Word as your e-mail editor
2) Create a new message
3) Put the cursor in the body of the message
4) Right click on a menu/toolbar and select Web tools
5) Select the speaker icon to insert your sound
