I know the procedure to add stationery backgrounds in Outlook with the
default setting ''Compose in HTML format.'' The problem is i am trying to
import a jpg template into stationery but it does not show ok. I understand
it is better to add html files to stationery but how do i convert the jpg
file into html. Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

Select background from the format menu, background, fill, fill effects, picture tab.
Browse to your .jpg image.
If this isn't what you are looking for, .jpg images stay .jpg, they do not become
HTML. You insert it as you would any other clipart. If the image is too big or the
resolution too high, take it into an editing program and reduce the size and/or the
resolution.
