adding stripped characters to equal x length

Good afternoon.

I'm looking for a formula to use to take a column of numbers that need to be
formatted to a specific length. For example:

123
189785
42389
5

need to be formatted to:
MH1000123
MH1189785
MH1042389
MH1000005

Does anyone know of a formula I can use to do this?
