Adding tag opens progress bar that runs for over 10 minutes...

This person seems to have the same problem:

When I add a tag it suddenly opens this "Microsoft Office OneNote" progress
bar that seems to run for over 10 minutes (it has yet to go away)....

Any thoughts on this?

Are you working with a local copy, or is the copy stored on a server? And,
does it happen with any tag or just a specific one?

It is on the network server.

I didn't try other tags at the time, just CTRL+2 which is the yellow
checkmark on my machine.

However, I closed OneNote, reopened it, and the problem seems to have gone
away.

Though I wonder of course if it will return.
