adding text box

I want to add a text box after the fifth item in a tabular form. How can I
do this? I drag down the detail section in the tabular form to make it
bigger and dropped a text box there. However, in the view mode, a text box
appears after every item. I want just one text box, not each for every
item. How do I fix this?

Hi Raymond, I'm really sure what you want to achieve, but
maybe what you want is to position the fifth textbox in
the form footer... If the form footer is not visible, use
