Adding text to the original text in a reply

Hello -
I have a user that complained that when she added text into the original
text of an email she was replying to, it automatically added her name in
brackets just before the text (which was in blue)

I cannot find the setting to not have her name appear in the annotations
anywhere.

Any thoughts???

Since you don't mention the e-mail program in use the simplest way is to
Open "Help" and search for "Reply" and look for "preceed replies with"

In Outlook:

Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> E-Mail Options -> "Mark My Comments With"
(At bottom)
