Adding Time

Is there a way to enter time in cells (e.g. 2h 20m 34s) so that they can be
added? I am using Excel 2007

If you just enter them as "2:20:34", Excel will convert them to a time
and you can perform arithmetic on them.


A B [Formula in B]
1 02:20:34 02:20:34 [=A1]
2 03:15:20 05:35:54 [=B1+A2]
3 01:15:06 06:51:00 [=B2+A3]

Just a note to remember...Excel keeps track of time in days. If the result is
in general/number format, it will be the number of days.
