Adding to Outlook VBA programatically

I have a little code I need to install to the Outlook VBA.
I can do it manually by going to Tools,Macro, Visual Basic editor, Microsoft
Outlook objects,This outlook session. I install the code I need here.
Everything works manually Does anyone have a clue how to do this
programmatically???????
