Adding Video To Webpage

I want to add a video clip to a webpage in Frontpage 2003.

I know how to do it but the option is greyed out and
can't be selected.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get this option working ??

the best option is simply to link to the video file, not embed it. using a
normal <a href> tag.

Otherwise it should be Insert > Picture > Video (frontpage 2002 anyway - I don't
know about 2003).
