Adding views to Web Access

Is it possible to import into Web Access views that exist in Project, or do
you have to create them in the Web Access UI (Admin -> Manage Views)?

You must create each view manually in Project Web Access using Admin -
Manage Views. You cannot import views from Microsoft Project Professional.

Along the same line of the original question I have this question:
- Project Web Access has "graphical views" that are available about certain
resource utilization. However the time frames (via pull down) in the
filtering of this information is limited to day or week. Is it possible to
easily customize this view so that time frame selected could represent month
or quarter?

I do not believe there is any default method to modify the time frames to
months or quarters. Sorry.
