adding web part to project web access page is creating issues

My team member open the drop down list at the home of pwa top right "Welcome
john " and then open that menu and click personlize this page .

and then click header of top web part and then open Add Web Parts is open.

He select DataAnalysis web part and click on Add button . but the problem is
occured and page is showing this error.

Pls reply me soon . what is the issue . why the team member is not able to
see his project web access page.
