adding webcam feed to http page ?

Hi,

How do I go about adding the feed from a webcam to webpage ?

When loading frontpage I
- created a new page
- inserted a web componet
- seleced advanced control
- selected active x controls
- added windows medea playetr

Can i do it via this componet ?

im hosting the IIS5 machine locally by the way and the webcam is plugged
into it.
