Adding weeks as a time dimension to OLAP cube

I've seen quite a few posts about this, but very little detail on how
it is done, other than to say it can be done programatically.

There seemed to be a post a while back (Sept 11th 2003) from Hughes
Perron with a full description, but that seems to have been deleted
now.

Any advice or experiences...?
