addins can not be installed

I have a Windows 2000 client running Outlook 2003 (on an
Exchange server network) that receives the following two
errors when Outlook is started.

The addin c:\programfiles\VIrobotXP\VrCLi.dll could not be
loaded.

The addin
c:\programfiles\MicrosoftOffice\Office\sbcmsync.dll could
not be loaded.

The first one is related to an old install of Hauri AV
which I've sinced uninstalled, but I still get this error.
I don't know about the second one.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eliminate these
two errors? thanks.

Uninstall them by going to Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> buttom Advanced
Options...-> button Add-In Manager/COM Add-Ins
