AddIns reload

Each time I start Visio (2003), it asks me to reload an addin that it can't repair. It looks for the Adobe Acrobat MSI file, installs it with no problems, and everything is fine until I start Visio again and the problem repeats itself. Any ideas?

I've been getting the same problem since I installed the
latest update - other than that I have no ideas what is
causing it or how to stop it.
