Additional Calendar

Hi All
I am trying to set up an additional calendar for my wife but I have read
that no alarms ect can be used?
Is there another way to have two calendars that work the same way??
Using Outlook 2003

You can create a new folder to hold appointment items (in other words, a
calendar) and use an addin like the one here to make sure the new folder can
fire off reminders also:

I am planning to upgrade to Outlook 2007 soon, so will I still need to
download add in's or is there other ways to have two calendars with the same
features?

You'll still need the addin since the same limitation exists in OL2007
