Additional error message

I failed to mention in the original post that I tried to
run acmsetup.exe from the Office97Pro CD and got this
error message: Setup Error: setup was unable to read
configuration info from the first section of gthe setup
file acmsetup.stf.

Does this mean I have a bad CD?
