Additional Mailboxes disappear under Citrix or TS

If an additional mailbox is added to a user's roaming profile under
Outlook 2003 on one Citrix server, that mailbox dissapears when they
log onto another Citrix server.

I could accept that it's a bug in Outlook except for the fact that 2
out of the 11 servers in the farm don't have this problem and they
were built at the same time as at least one of the problem servers.
There is nothing to indicate what the differences might be between the
servers. It's almost as though the problem servers "wipe out" the
additional mailbox configuration.

Is there any way to add an additional mailbox either by scripting or
via PRF at logon for those users that need them?
