Address and label creation

I am trying to find an easy way to create an alumni directory and be able to
print address labels. I need to be able to separate the list into 2
categories - paid and unpaid and also have them in alphabetical order.

Use Outlook's contacts and create 2 categories. Then use mail merge to
print labels for each category. If you had provided your version of
Office/Outlook, more specific instructions could have been given.

Thanks. I have Outlook & Office 2003. How do I separate the contacts I
already have in Outlook from the ones I want to put in? When experimenting
with it, I was unable to print multiple, different labels.
