Address bar in the "Outlook today" bar, howto get rid of it ?

In Microsoft Outlook 2002 (SP3), an extra Addressbar is visible, in
the "Outlook today" area (located below the toolbars)!
How do i get rid of the "Address" stuff ?

NOTE I'm NOT talking about the Web Toolbar
