Address Block Format in US not UK

When I merge the data with the document and I get to the
preview stage, the address will only appear in US format
as opposed to UK. i.e the postal code appears next to the
postal town instead of under it. Can anyone tell me how
to over come this at all?

Don't use the address block - insert the separate fields you require. This
will give you far more control over the output.

Thanks for that, so does this mean that I will not be
able to use the address block at all? Shame as it is so
handy. When I want to input my own fields will I still be
able to match the fields to an imported data source?

The address block merely consolidates a few fields in a particular manner.
You can insert *any* field from your data file into a merge document. Maybe
