Can anyone tell me how I can back up my address book. I am
presuming that my pst. back up does not save my address
book, only my contacts

Typically the Contacts are your address as the address book is a container
that lists all your address type lists, however depending on version you may
have a file with *.pab extension (Personal Address Book)
