Address book can not be seen after upgrade to Web Services

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Upgraded to 2008 web services edition yesterday, all functions are working except for the Address book looking to the Exchange GAL. When I go to the address book I see the message: "Entourage cannot connect to the server. Verify that your computer is connected to the network"

I can ping the host name of the server under the advanced settings. Other people in the office can connect with no issues, I have verified my settings against theirs with no luck.

Any ideas?

If you are outside the network you can only query the GAL, browsing the GAL
in Entourage EWS when you are outside the network is still not available.
