Hello,
(the following question was posted to the German Outlook newsgroup already,
but I didn't receive any reply. Maybe someone here knows about the solution -
sorry for any inconveniences caused)
If I type a name in the address book search field in the icon tray of
Outlook 2003 (Exchange / SBS 2003), the respective contact tends to open
automatically (i.e. if there's only one by that name, of course.
However, at one of our clients' Qutlooks (also 2003, also Exchange / SBS
2003), a little pop-up appears in which all of the respective person's
telephone, eMail and fax-numbers are displayed.
Does anyone have any idea of how to configure Outlook to get back the
"normal" version where the contact opens automatically?
