Address book & File Folders

I have been outside USA for about 3 months. I have built
up an address book and file folders using Outlook Express
and Microsoft Outlook. I am returning to USA and want to
bring my address book and folders with me to install on
the new computer I will be getting. How can I get the
address book and folders from Outlook express and
Microsoft Outlook then put them on my new comptuer? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
