Address Book (for Properties) should be available from inside an .

Outlook 2002 SP-2: When a message is open, I often need to refer to the
Address Book to look up properties related to one or several of the
participants. It is easy to obtain the properties of the sender and
recipients of the most recent message thread, but the properties are not
readily available for any of the prior senders and recipients of earlier
threads of the same email. Furthermore, some senders don't include a
signature block; sometimes there is more than one person in the same company
with the same name; sometimes I wonder why certain people aren't on the
distribution for the message so I want to confirm whether they are still
working in the positions where I last knew them. As it is, I have to leave
the message and go to the main Outlook window to find the Address Book button
in order to see the properties. I tried to customize the toolbar inside the
message but the Address Book button is not made available in the Tools
Customize Commands Tools list -- it is made available from inside a message
only after I have hit Reply or Forward. But sometimes I need to refer to
people's properties BEFORE I can decide how to and to whom it is appropriate
to respond.
