Address Book - Import from Excel

I imported a set of fax numbers from a csv file saved by Excel. I put them in
Main Identity's Contacts. However, I can not retrieve them in Word and I
cannot locate Main Identity's Contacts. A few days ago, I did the same thing
and I could retrieve the fax numbers imported. What's wrong?
