I've been spoiled with Apple. After a crash, all my address book contacts
were only available on my Earthlink webmail, which I exported into a CSV
file. However, importing that file, following the directions given by
Microsoft, the email addresses would not show up properly in my outgoing
emails even though they showed up under the heading "Email Address" in my
Outlook Address Book. Only the contact name alone would show up in the "To"
field of an email. Despite variations in Mapping with the Import Wizard,
nothing works. There is an implicit insanity in this design, or I'm somehow
not getting it. Can anyone help?
