I am using 97 Word (MS office suite) under WinXP Pro OS.
I use Outlook98 for emails and contacts.
Everything works in order. There is a problem with address book for
Word97.
I tried to print addresses on envelopes.
Under Tool/Envelopes and Labels/Envelopes, I clicked the address book icon
to print ShipTo addresses. Then, I am getting the following error:
Microsoft Word for Win97 application file has encountered problem and needs
to close.
I would very much appreciate it if someone could fix this problem. Satoshi
