Address Book in Word

When using the address book in word, I cannot get the company name to show
up. I have figured out how to stop getting United States of America, but
need some help on getting the company address to show up.

It is indeed Outlook's address book, but you can access it through word and
insert a contact, their adress, etc. into a document. It also can be
accessed when making envelopes and labels. The problem is that when you
insert an address the company name does not get inserted. Just the name,
address and sometimes the country.
