Address Book Migration from 1 PC to Another

I have managed to move all contact info and saved emails in different folders
from Outlook 2002 into my home PC with Outlook 2002. While the Contacts sub
folders show all email addresses by different categories, NONE of them are in
my address book, which makes it difficult for me to send batch emails to
different folder groups.

Does anyone know how to move the email addresses in the different Contacts
subfolders into the email address book?

I'm beating my head against the wall and my forehead is pretty flat about now!

Now to press my luck: How can I import all my data from my Palm/Treo INTO
Outlook, so all the info will be the same in both places for once?
