Address Book problem

I am attempting to add a new contact to my adddress book and I get a
message that it won't add as I have reached my limit in size. I did
delete a few addresses but I still am unable to add a name. Is there a
way to get around this? Thank you.

I don't understand. Contacts are never added to the Address Book in Outlook.
They are added to the Contacts Folder. Are you using Outlook?
