Address book question

I can never seem to remember where the setting is to show my address book in
Last Name, First Name format when I click on the To button in Outlook 2007.
Can someone point me to that setting dialogue please?

Tools, Account settings, Address book tab. Select the address book (should
be called office outlook) and click Change.
