I'm using Entourage:mac v. 11.4, Mac OSX v. 10.4.11, and Palm Desktop v. 4.2.1. My contacts disappeared from my Treo after performing a HotSync. They still appear in my Entourage Address Book, but not on the device.

I tried another Hot Sync, and soft resets, but it didn't reslove the issue. I then performed two hard resets to the Treo followed by a Hot Sync with Entourage set to overwrite handheld chosen in the Syncronization Options in the Entourage Conduit, for all four areas.

Each time, all of the data for the Calendar, Tasks, and Notes syncs properly, but the Address Book is blank.

I am not connected to a server.

No new software was loaded before the problem started, and I did nothing differently with the handheld. The problem just suddenly appeared.

If you manually launch the HotSync Manager found in the Palm folder and
then select the menu option to view your conduits, is the proper conduit
installed/enabled to sync your contacts? Do you have more than one? If
so, you'll need to disable one.

Hope this helps!
