I need to fax, using HP OfficeJet Pro L7780, documents to some of our vendors
who do not have email. How can I use the BCM address book as HP looks for
Outlook Express Address Book for numbers. I there a way for express to
default to the BCM address book

Is outlook set as your default mail program?
If HP software is looking for OE then its a setting of the HP software that
needs amending
