I am supporting a user who goes into an MS Office
application (Word or Excel), & she wants to send a file
from there, she goes to file->send to->mail recipient (as
attachment), the Global Address Book does not appear. If
she were to attach the document to an e-mail in MS
Outlook, the AB does come up.

Any help that you could give is appreciated. Thanks in
advance.

What happens when she clicks To on the mail message that appears after she
selects file->send to-mail recipient (as attachment)?
