does anyone know how to customize the Address Book? some of my Contacts have
more than one email address, or i listed spouses together under one Contact
title, but each has their own email address, but when i start a new message
and then want to add a contact, i can't tell which email address i'm sending
the message to because both email addresses (and faxes) all appear under the
same name. is there a way to customized each email address so that they all
appear under different names in the address book?

The main "E-mail" address will appear first, then "E-mail 2", and "E-mail3",
with the FAX number(s) coming next.
is there a way to customized each email address so that they
all appear under different names in the address book?

Make different contact entries for each address.
