Can I move my address book from one identity to another?

There are a number of possibilities, actually. You can drag the contacts out
of Entourage onto the desktop, preferably into a folder; this results in
individual vCard files, which you can simply drag into the new identity's
address book. Note that due to a limitation in Entourage, you cannot import
more than 200 contacts at the same time.

Another method would be to use File>Export and export your contacts into a
tab-delimited text file, which you can then import into your new identity
via File>Import. Note than you will lose your categories during the process.

One more possibility involves using the same Export menu to export your
local contacts in an Entourage archive. This archive can also be imported
using File>Import.
