address book

[UK WILDCAT]

When I hit the to button in order to add a e-mail address some of the address are with last name first and some are with the first name first. I have entered them all the same and would like for them to be arrange by last name the same as they are when I startup contacts. I was under the impression that the address came from the contacts part of outlook.
