pictures in Outlook

U

UK WILDCAT

I have just switched from outlook Express to Outlook and am wondering if Outlook can be setup to display the pictures in the body of the message like OE does. Or do you always have to open them as a separate attachment.

By design, Outlook will not display attachments inline.

OK, so it's by design, but is there a way to turn it off?
Its a pain in the proverbial. :(

Dave

If a message is created in Word, then sent using
File|Send To|Mail Recipient, the pictures will be seen
inline from Outlook. I don't think that answers your
question, though, regarding attachments sent to you by
others.
